Yes, as 'foreign ' caller stated 'she wanted to speak to me about my electricity bill.' After contacting my electricity provider I was informed I would only ever be contacted by mail re my account. This is the 3rd call of this nature. Why can't they be stopped ? We pay good money for our phones, as well as for the privilege of using our phone. Someone needs to be held accountable!Bella
